Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations, client coordination, and most importantly
permitting and regulatory compliance. This role is key to keeping our projects on track and our customers satisfied. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with local municipalities Communicate with permitting offices and follow up on application status Maintain project schedules, documentation, and compliance records Support the team with customer communication, scheduling, and documentation Manage office tasks such as invoicing, supply orders, and file organization Coordinate subcontractor paperwork, insurance certificates, and licenses Requirements: 2+ years of administrative experience in the home improvement or construction industry Strong knowledge of local permitting processes and building department requirements Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar a plus) High attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience interacting with clients, vendors, and local authorities Why Join Us?
