Animal Urgent Care (AUC) North East, in Commerce City, is a brand new 9,000 square foot 24/7 ER facility with surgical capabilities, ultrasound, X-rays, and hospitalization. Animal Urgent Care (AUC) Arvada, in West Arvada, is a smallbut mightyemergency hospital proudly serving our community from a modern, state-of-the-art facility. Established in the early 2000s to meet the need for affordable emergency pet care, AUC has grown into a trusted cornerstone of compassion, resilience, and clinical excellence. Animal Urgent Care (AUC), Park Hill, in Denver, is ideally situated just off I-70 between Monaco and Quebec. With Denver's population growing to the north and east, we're proud to extend our services to pets and their families in these expanding communities. Park Hill also serves as our educational hub, featuring a spacious conference room frequently used by our Continuing Education team. We regularly host both internal and external events to ensure our team stays at the forefront of veterinary medicine. Additionally, Park Hill partners with the Denver Animal Shelter to help care for many of their animals. About the Role:
In this role you will be the face of AUC for clients as they are checking in for appointments, waiting in the lobby and discharging, and a crucial member of our hospital team. Compensation:
$20 - $22/hr depending on experience Anticipated Schedule:
Full Time Shifts/Hours: TBD Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients Facilitate admission of patients Support the doctors and support staff as needed Assist with euthanasia paperwork and provide compassionate service to owners suffering from loss and grief Collect deposits for appointments and procedures Communicate patient progress/owner updates to clients in the lobby Answer questions clients may have while in the lobby Schedule future appointments/follow up as needed Sign in visitors and vendors Look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion Daily cleaning of front desk/lobby area

At least 2 years of customer service experience in the veterinary field. Familiarity with payment collection processes. Experience managing multi-line phone systems. Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry. Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus! Benefits Include:
