Senior Analyst - Project Management - Refrigeration

Supports assigned projects by understanding business needs, assisting in the development of solutions, adhering to prioritization and project milestones, testing and piloting solutions, validating results, monitoring and tracking solution results, and communicating with project stakeholders. Manages the execution of small projects or work streams by ensuring resolution of critical issues, monitoring progress versus plan, escalating complex or difficult issues, utilizing scope/change orders to track changes to the project, tracking expenditures and budgets, providing informational presentations, managing stakeholder expectations, holding self and project team accountable for project delivery, and developing performance reports. Provides and supports project planning and implementation by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, preparing project question responses, identifying quality change requests and project failure root causes, identifying project requirements, proposing problem solutions, and recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. What You'll Bring

Possesses a strong background in refrigeration systems and mechanical engineering, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing mechanical and HVAC systems. Proficient in interpreting and working with CAD drawings and mechanical schematics, with experience using CAD software for design review, modification, and collaboration with engineering teams. Applies mechanical knowledge to support project planning, equipment selection, and system integration, ensuring alignment with operational and safety standards. Core Values and Behaviors

Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area. Preferred Qualifications
