The Director, Advanced Analytics
Inventory Excellence is a strategic leader focused on driving inventory strategies that power Walmart Merchandising's digital transformation. This highly visible role leads Walmarts eCommerce Ordering & Inventory Management Team and is responsible for ensuring the items customers want, need and love are available to ship from our FC network. This associate will lead their team by providing thought leadership in inventory management focused on improving item availability for customers at the lowest enterprise cost. This role works with key partners in Merchandising, Supply Chain, eCommerce, data science, product, and engineering teams. The position is based in Bentonville, AR and reports to the Senior Director, Inventory Strategy & Analytics within Merchandising Excellence. What You'll Do:

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 5 years experience in data analytics or related field OR 7 years experience in data analytics or related field. 4 years supervisory experience OR experience leading cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications:
