We are actively seeking a Project Integrator with a minimum of 11 years' experience, plus a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 811 years of experience in project coordination, integration, or management within a technical or enterprise environment. Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid). Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent). Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements. Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration Process and Workflow Integration Time Management and Prioritization Communication and Presentation Skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. Experience in IT, engineering, or defense/government programs. Familiarity with integrated master scheduling (IMS) and earned value management (EVM). Experience with Project Management tools including: MS Project for resource-loaded project schedules Jira/ESP Service Now for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints SharePoint as a document repository Knowledge of: Enterprise technical architecture and services-oriented architectures Security requirements and operating environments IT components, missions, and strategies Experience with coaching/guiding IT organizations through Agile adoption and transition from Management Framework (PMF) Familiarity with: Service catalog, IT Gateway, ESP, JIRA, Hive, and SharePoint Entire development system life cycle Current and emerging technologies Experience working with government agencies Skills in: Quality and Assurance (Q&A) Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
