Machine Operator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production of consumer-packaged goods, specifically beverage or hydration products. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Key responsibilities include: Operate production and packaging machinery according to established safety and quality standards Set up machines at the beginning of shift for proper operation and calibration Monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality and consistency Conduct routine maintenance and report any malfunctions or safety concerns Maintain accurate production records and follow all documentation procedures Perform quality control checks throughout the production process Clean and sanitize machines and work area per company guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and commitment to product quality Flexibility to work assigned shift and overtime as needed Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude Equal Opportunity Employer.
