Position Overview: Transload Loader As a Transload Loader, you will be responsible for safely transferring bulk materials-both hazardous and non-hazardous-between railcars and tanker trucks. This is a high-responsibility, hands-on job where attention to detail, safety, and procedure are critical. This role involves working outdoors in all weather, operating pumps, valves, and mechanical systems, and handling chemical products while wearing full PPE, including full-body hazmat suits when necessary. You will help prepare products by heating or sparging, perform quality sampling, and complete all documentation required to meet EPA, FRA, and OSHA compliance. Key Responsibilities Safely transfer products from railcars to tank trucks (and vice versa) Operate and maintain transfer equipment (pumps, hoses, valves, etc.) Prepare products by heating, sparging, or sampling Perform inspections and maintain logs, manifests, and documentation Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment Climb ladders up to 20 feet and work at heights Work in confined spaces and full hazmat suits when required Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times What We Offer Starting pay: $18.00/hour Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid holidays and vacation Annual steel-toe boot allowance All PPE provided Veteran-friendly employer Real opportunities for advancement - we promote from within A workplace culture centered on safety, teamwork, and integrity Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Capable of working outdoors in all weather Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety Ready to Join Our Team?
