College Of Fine Arts Student Assistant (Work-Study)

For Fall 2025, the College of Fine Arts is looking for an adaptable, punctual, and detail-oriented work-study student employee to provide support for the Office of Student Affairs. The Student Assistant will assist with front desk operations, events, and clerical work. Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and greeting visitors Assisting staff with photocopying, scanning, and printing Assisting with departmental events Assisting with room reservation management Ensuring office supplies are stocked and maintaining supply inventory Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Must be a University of Texas at Austin student, enrolled for at least 6 credit hours Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must have a federal work-study award Hourly Rate: $12.00/hr. Working Conditions: Work performed in standard office conditions Repetitive use of keyboard at a workstation Required Materials: Resume/CV Letter of interest A screenshot of your My Financial page showing your Work Study award. Be certain your EID and the date/year of the award are visible Weekly schedule of availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The University of Texas at Austin is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
