Join a collaborative team dedicated to growth, well-being, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead daily program operations and ensure compliance with DCYF regulations and RIELDS. Develop and assess engaging, age-appropriate curriculum plans alongside educators. Coach and mentor teachers, providing feedback through classroom observations and assessments. Coordinate with parents to promote open communication and a nurturing learning environment. Ensure safety protocols and health regulations are consistently followed. Maintain accurate documentation and reports for state compliance and internal planning. What We're Looking For Education:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's preferred). Experience:
At least 3 years in early childhood education with 1+ year in a leadership role. Licensing:
Valid Rhode Island Early Childhood Education (ECE) teaching credentials and knowledge of state DLT regulations. Skills & Certifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills; current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Team Player:
Passionate about collaboration with staff, families, and community stakeholders. What We Offer Pay Rate:
$680.00$850.00 per week, based on experience and education. Time Off:
