Accounting Specialist
We are seeking a motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role involves high-volume invoice processing, manual entry of invoices, and three-way matching for approximately 750 invoices per week. Additionally, the position includes responsibilities in accounts receivable. Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Perform three-way matching and manual entry of invoices. Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to manage and separate work by plant location. Qualifications:
Proficiency in accounts payable and data entry. Experience with three-way matching and accounts receivable. Ability to adapt to the repetitive nature of accounts payable tasks. Team-oriented personality and strong collaboration skills. 0-2+ years of accounts payable experience. High School Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree. Familiarity with pivot tables and vlookups is a plus, but not required. Work Environment:
Join a dynamic team of three other members who handle invoices collaboratively. The team processes roughly 750 invoices a week, with manual entry being a key part of the workflow. The work environment is supportive and fun, with team members enjoying a positive and engaging atmosphere. The position requires in-office presence five days a week, with flexible start times and coverage needed until 4:30 PM.
