Flightline Avionics in Mobile, AL. Planning, executing, and verifying the quality activities in the Flightline phase, starting from the milestone FOT in the FAL to the final delivery to the customer, including the demonstration of aircraft system integrity and conformity in accordance with the design specification by the verification of ground test instruction (GTI). Performing aircraft testing; evaluating results by documenting the tests performed and any discrepancies in the Airbus Log Book (ALB) of the aircraft. Releasing the aircraft for all ground and flight operations (Engine Run-up Inspections, Pre and Post flight checks under EASA Part 21G and after the transfer of title under FAA 14 CFR Part 145). Requirements: 3 years in any job title involving experience in quality inspection of single aisle commercial aircraft in the aviation industry. Prior experience must also include the following: Working experience in troubleshooting Avionic, Airframe, and Powerplant Systems; Experience leading, coordinating, and monitoring single aisle commercial aircraft operation; Experience drawing systems, inspection plans, and inspection processes for single aisle commercial aircraft; Applying inspection principles, practices, methods, and tools used on the production line; Applying rules for aircraft design and manufacturing; and Performing GTI's (Ground Test Instruction) including Avionic, Airframe, Powerplant System, and Basic A/C.
