OBJECTIVE:
The Client Services Account Manager plays a vital role in supporting Tangram's broker and insured relationships. This individual will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring seamless policy servicing and overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a positive, proactive communicator, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This individual reports to our Director of Client Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated book of business, maintaining strong relationships with brokers and insureds. Manage the full policy lifecycle of services, including new business onboarding, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Coordinate with internal operations, business development, underwriting, claims, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Proactively communicate with brokers and clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and anticipate future needs. Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in agency management systems and CRM platforms. Support departmental initiatives aimed at improving service efficiency and client satisfaction. Stay informed on program guidelines, carrier requirements, and industry trends. Special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience in an insurance client service or account management role, preferably within an MGA or carrier environment. Active Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain within a specified time. Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and processes. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with agency management systems (e.g., APPLIED Epic, Salesforce) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset and a high level of initiative. Desire to have fun and engage with the team
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000, with opportunity for bonus incentive. The offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
