There will be no outpatient work only in house and ER consults with procedures generated from those. This is a full time position and the client will consider 2 locums to fulfill the need. One provider at a time per week or two week stretches. Please list how many weeks your provider can cover per month. Will not consider candidates that can only cover 1 week. Rate CAPS for submission:Malpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 262.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 3900 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 5850 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back 525 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. Is there an Anesthesiologist on site or is conscious sedation required? There is Anesthesia backup and they do prefer conscious sedation when possible. Is ERCP or EUS Required?
