Sierra7, Inc. is seeking an experienced and credentialed Program Manager (PM) to lead support for the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General (VA OIG) Enterprise Architecture (EA) Modernization initiative. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including architecture development, stakeholder communication, documentation, dashboarding, and governance. The Program Manager will ensure that efforts align with VA OIG's modernization goals and enterprise architecture maturity targets, while ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant artifacts.
This is a hybrid role, requiring periodic onsite presence in the DC/VA/MD region.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive program and project management support to the VA OIG EAM program.
Coordinate workstreams supporting EA governance, documentation, dashboards, and strategic communications.
Manage program timelines, milestones, and deliverables per contract scope and VA OIG objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact between Sierra7, VA OIG stakeholders, and contracting representatives.
Facilitate stakeholder engagements, governance sessions, workshops, and status briefings.
Monitor and report on program performance, EA capability adoption, and modernization progress.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks or blockers related to integration and delivery.
Ensure all EA documentation and artifacts meet VA OIG standards for quality and clarity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with VA OIG’s EA models and strategic roadmap.
Manage communications, reporting, risk management, and transparency throughout the program.
Prepare presentations, briefings, and communication materials for executive and stakeholder updates.
