SAP MDG Principal Consultant - US

You will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert, contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. Responsibilities include business process consulting, defining problems, proposing solutions, and playing a vital role in development, configuration, deployment, and guiding project teams. You will help shape value-adding consulting solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients globally. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of:
Richardson/Houston, TX; Raleigh, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Indianapolis, IN; Atlanta, GA; Lisle, IL; or be willing to relocate. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education. Minimum 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with future state solution architecture, MDG implementation phases, data modeling, integration, and synchronization mechanisms. Hands-on experience with SAP MDG configuration, UI modeling, process modeling, rules, derivations, BRF+. Technical knowledge of MDG workflows, ERP tables, and full lifecycle implementation. Experience with SAP MDG development, customizations, and APIs. Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and experience leading large teams. This role involves extensive travel, sitting, and working at a computer. Communication can be via phone, email, or face-to-face. Estimated annual compensation for Lisle, IL: $118,446 to $153,980.
