M&A practice , working on sophisticated transactions for top-tier clients. This role provides hands-on experience in a collaborative, close-knit firm environment handling complex legal matters. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support high-profile M&A transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and restructuring deals. Advise clients on strategic transaction matters, including deal structuring, negotiations, and risk assessment. Draft and review transactional documents, such as purchase agreements and disclosure schedules. Oversee due diligence and manage client relationships throughout transactions. Counsel clients on business entity governance, selection, and restructuring. Assist with post-transaction integration and compliance efforts. Qualifications
4-7+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting preferred. Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects.
