Corporate Lawyer specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions
to join a well-established, full-service law firm with a regional presence and over a century of history. The role offers flexible working locations across Northeast Ohio. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support high-profile M&A transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and restructuring deals. Advise clients on strategic transaction matters, including deal structuring, negotiations, and risk assessment. Draft and review transactional documents, such as purchase agreements and disclosure schedules. Oversee the due diligence process and manage client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle. Counsel clients on business entity governance, entity selection, and restructuring matters. Assist with post-transaction integration and compliance efforts. Qualifications
4-7+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting preferred. Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects. Licensed to practice law in Ohio or ability to attain licensure.
