Job Summary Responsible for leading, defining, planning, tracking, and managing activities in the respective functional areas for an enterprise system project. Provide direction to functional teams to meet objectives. Responsibilities

Align across functional workstreams and gain stakeholder consensus on key decisions. Lead project planning and manage execution according to plan. Manage relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues. Identify scope changes and reassess scope, budget, and timeline. Own functional product backlog and prioritize process gaps and extensions. Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and define mitigation responsibilities. Lead solution validation, design workshops, and perform solution design and fit-gap analysis. Complete project documentation and participate in testing and QA cycles. Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree. Experience with SAP solutions/modules, including multiple implementations and rollouts. Business process knowledge in areas like Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Order to Cash, etc. At least 5 years of data, business, or systems analysis experience, including translating requirements. Experience supporting users/clients and resolving complex issues. Ability to communicate technical info to non-technical audiences. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects. Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with appropriate escalation when needed.
