Job Summary

Responsible for leading, defining, planning, tracking, and managing activities in the respective functional areas for an enterprise system project. Provide direction to functional teams to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Align across functional workstreams and gain stakeholder consensus on key decisions.
• Lead project planning and manage execution according to plan.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues.
• Identify scope changes and reassess scope, budget, and timeline.
• Own functional product backlog and prioritize process gaps and extensions.
• Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and define mitigation responsibilities.
• Lead solution validation, design workshops, and perform solution design and fit-gap analysis.
• Complete project documentation and participate in testing and QA cycles.

Required Experience

• Bachelors degree.
• Experience with SAP solutions/modules, including multiple implementations and rollouts.
• Business process knowledge in areas like Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Order to Cash, etc.
• At least 5 years of data, business, or systems analysis experience, including translating requirements.
• Experience supporting users/clients and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to communicate technical info to non-technical audiences.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with appropriate escalation when needed.
