Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Field Operations Manager to lead and inspire our team of door knockers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our door-knocking team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer engagement. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in solar door-to-door (D2D) sales. Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits Elite Rewards:
