Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid-3 days onsite)

Data Analytics Architect
and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Microsoft-based analytics tools and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable business intelligence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, database development, and business intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft data tools: SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
• Proven experience designing normalized data models and integrating data from diverse sources
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks
• Strong SQL and DAX skills; advanced data visualization capabilities
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and reporting structures
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines across multiple systems
• Develop and optimize reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI and other Microsoft tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key business indicators and inform data strategy
• Normalize, cleanse, and integrate data from multiple heterogeneous sources
• Administer and optimize databases to ensure security, performance, and reliability
• Implement data governance and compliance frameworks across the organization
