Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid Compensation:
$71.00 per hour What you'll do as the Senior Project Manager:
Drive the coordination of development and documentation for design, requirements/user stories and implementation across 2-4 divisions that align with strategic priorities Develop relationships and partner with key resources, both internal and external, to collaborate on the implementation plan and dependencies to ensure all considerations are factored into the initiative Partner in the business/product team decision making process to ensure capabilities, systems and processes meet expectations and potential issues/solutions are vetted and explored Manage related ongoing program management work to understand what is needed to recommend strategies and solutions, while influencing and steering others to accomplish that strategy across complex initiatives Utilize data to prioritize initiatives that create the most value Develop and update program or project plans, timelines and deliverables while coordinating multiple sub-processes to expand and/or improve programs across complex initiatives Communicate updates and milestones to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization Maintain workplan and manage overall effort, assist with scheduling meetings and capturing notes What you'll bring to the Senior Project Manager role:
High school diploma (or equivalency) Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Previous CMS Start experience with emphasis on MN Medicare 5+ years of professional related experience; all relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered Ability to understand and clearly communicate business and technical details in a manner that all audiences can understand, including and up to executives Ability to thrive in ambiguity Strong critical thinking skills and problem solving/conflict resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills, adapting approach as needed Excellent continuous quality improvement and/or project management skills Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and demonstrated ability to work under tight time frames Strong conflict resolution, facilitation and negotiation skills; capable of adapting the approach as needed Proven ability to handle a variety of assignments in a fast paced, product led, and complex business environment Proven ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Experience leading documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries Take the first step on your new career path!
