Location – Frisco, TX Job Description • Skills Required - PMP or Prince2 certified, CERTIFIED AGILE SCRUM MASTER (CASM) • Experience Required – 4 to 8 years in IT • Relevant Experience – 4 Years in Project Management as Project Manager • Technical Skills - Any IT (Infra) Technical skills (background) would be an added advantage (Network / UNIX / Wintel / EUC etc.) • Overall cross-functional experience of handling Projects as per PMI Standards. • An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. • Expertise in spearheading numerous IT projects and ensuring delivery of projects in compliance with the Cost, Schedule, Scope, and Quality parameters. • Meet the end-to-end Project timelines by ensuring on-time delivery. • Understand business customer objectives and align efforts to achieve them. • Ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives. • Strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude. • Discuss with business customers or clients to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. • Identify the team, develop project plans to achieve goals. • A keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in IT infrastructure planning and management for streamlining business operations and organizational efficiency. • Strong meeting management and reporting skills with exceptional customer service skills and client focus. • Execute the project plan to meet deliverables. • Define change control processes and implement them stringently. • Coordinate and integrate project activities, lead the team. • Identify and quantify all risks, define mitigation plans, and monitor risks on a weekly basis. • Define communication plans for all stakeholders, get buy-in for status report formats, and communicate on a defined frequency. • Resolve team conflicts and problems, take corrective actions when issues arise.
