Role Overview Under general direction with a high level of autonomy, manages and leads Raymond James & Associates' cash management strategy and banking relationships. Responsible for managing cash, liquidity, funding, payments, and banking relationships across firm and client cash, including reserve requirements. Oversees daily cash management, payments, reconciliations, and internal reporting, while driving process improvements and system enhancements. Collaborates with senior management and internal teams to resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the firm's cash management functions, controls, and technology. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners. Improve process efficiency and implement best practices and technology solutions. Implement fraud controls and monitoring protocols. Optimize cash balances, diversify banking risk, and manage interest income. Manage intraday and short-term funding and collateral operations. Collaborate on firm-wide projects with IT and Operations. Supervise departmental work, prepare management reports, and mentor staff. Serve as the primary contact during audits and examinations. Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of:
Treasury management in large corporate/financial environments, financial products, markets, and technology. Skills include:
Cross-functional project management, data analysis, report preparation, team leadership, and communication. Qualifications
Licenses/Certifications:
SIE, FINRA Series 27 and 99 (or ability to obtain within 120 days). Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance. Experience:
Over 15 years in related roles. Workstyle:
