Secret Clearance 315567 UAS - Red Team Pilot Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular-Rotational Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 50% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI is seeking a UAS / RAT Pilot responsible for operational duties involving COTS UAS fixed-wing and rotary platforms, supporting systems, intelligence gathering, mission planning, sensor/payload operations, launching, remotely piloting, and recovering remote vehicles. The pilot may deploy to the CENTCOM AOR for 6-12 months, rotating with other deployers. What You’ll Get to Do:
Manage acquisition, fabrication, modification, programming, and maintenance of multi-rotor and fixed-wing COTS UAS platforms. Launch and recover air vehicles; perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks. Travel CONUS and OCONUS on short notice to disseminate threat information. Assist with vulnerability assessments for UAS use. Coordinate with national and international intelligence agencies for data sharing and trend analysis. Plan and coordinate flight operations as safety officer during training and testing. Provide technical red-team analysis. Perform duties independently and work in a small team environment. Required Qualifications:
Active Secret security clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. Experience building, programming, and flying group 1-3 UAS. Experience instructing personnel in a military environment. BA/BS with 0-3 years experience, or AA/AS with 4 years, or HS/GED with 6 years experience. Experience with hobbyist and commercial multi-rotor and fixed-wing aircraft. Knowledge of pre-deployment training, exercises, and technical exchanges. Ability to obtain FAA UAS Pilot License and Amateur Radio Technician License. Experience with RPV design and fabrication. Research emerging RPV technologies and assess their impact on DoD capabilities. Knowledge of MDMP and ability to instruct others on RPV technology. Proficiency in MS Office and automation tools for analysis. Ability to interpret customer requirements and perform independently in various locations. What You Can Expect:
