Oilfield Hauler Operator Job Description

The Oilfield Hauler is responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to and from oilfield locations in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. The individual in this role must operate heavy-duty trucks, flatbeds, and specialized oilfield transportation vehicles while adhering to company safety standards, federal and state regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Oilfield Hauler Operator Primary Responsibilities Safely operate trucks and specialized oilfield hauling equipment to transport oilfield materials and personnel to and from job sites. Ensure that all equipment and materials are properly loaded, secured, and unloaded at designated locations. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the safety and functionality of all equipment. Comply with all state and federal transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards. Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate delivery logs, ensuring proper documentation for each trip. Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or safety hazards immediately to management. Assist in loading and unloading equipment as necessary, including heavy lifting and rigging. Ensure the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, as required by industry standards. Adhere to all company and industry safety protocols, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Position Requirements

Oilfield Hauler Operator Job Requirements

3 to 5 years of on-the-job experience with Backhoes, Graders, and Dozers Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment (up to 75 pounds). Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. CDL Required, with appropriate endorsements. Knowledge of oilfield operations, safety standards, and equipment handling. Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed, depending on project schedules.
