Days and Shift Information Full-time, Monday–Friday. Some flexibility required to address operational needs or disruptions. Key Responsibilities · Plan and schedule LTL consolidated linehaul moves across regional and national networks. · Analyze freight volume trends to identify opportunities for consolidation and efficiency. · Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, terminals) and external carriers to ensure smooth execution. · Utilize TMS and routing tools to optimize freight flow, maximize trailer utilization, and reduce costs. · Monitor transit performance and proactively troubleshoot service disruptions. Work Environment Fast-paced logistics environment; collaborative office setting with regular communication across departments and with external carrier partners. Some remote flexibility may be available depending on business needs. Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. Experience · 2–4 years of experience in LTL, linehaul, or freight planning (3PL or asset-based carrier preferred). · Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably MercuryGate. · Strong knowledge of freight classifications, LTL consolidation, and linehaul operations. · Working experience with Excel (pivot tables, sorting/filtering, basic formulas). · Familiarity with load tracking platforms like MacroPoint or FourKites is a plus. · Knowledge of DOT regulations and cross-border (US/Mexico or US/Canada) planning is preferred. Personality Traits · Analytical and detail-oriented · Strong communication and coordination skills · Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset · Able to manage multiple priorities under time constraints

Pay/Benefits/Perks ·
Annual Salary : $60,000–$64,000 · Accrue up to five days PTO in first year.
