Summary Responsible for managing a large code porting program for a major legacy application, providing leadership and guidance to cross-disciplinary teams working on this enterprise-wide initiative. The successful candidate will act as the business lead, collaborating with technology and SQM teams to oversee technology changes, understanding business process impacts, and coordinating with other modernization programs. Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technology and business units to vet and approve implementation plans and materials. Partner with Architecture and Enterprise teams on best practices and oversight of program implementation. Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure successful execution. Provide oversight of the overall program landscape to ensure transparency. Create and deliver presentations, communicate effectively with senior clients, simplify complex topics, and offer succinct recommendations. Take full accountability for performance and budget management. Serve as the Application Business Owner for the legacy application. Qualifications

15+ years of managing large, complex program implementations involving multiple systems, including vendor-managed systems. Deep understanding of global asset servicing business and technology lifecycle. Excellent communication, budget, time management, and planning skills. Motivated, team-oriented, self-starter capable of working independently. Experience partnering with vendors, third parties, and clients to foster positive relationships. Strategic planning experience and managing change initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Ability to navigate internal client relationships, drive decision-making, and build consensus in a complex global environment. Extensive business experience with broad functional expertise and proactive strategic leadership. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Calm under pressure, with excellent negotiation and conflict management skills. Adherence to deadlines. Salary Range $137,400 - $240,400 USD.
