Principal Business Consultant , you will lead high-impact engagements, advising C-suite executives and senior stakeholders on business strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence. You will drive client success by delivering innovative solutions, fostering long-term relationships, and positioning our firm as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic consulting projects, from diagnosis to execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes. Advise clients on [specific areas, e.g., growth strategy, process optimization, change management, digital transformation]. Develop thought leadership, frameworks, and best practices to enhance service offerings. Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience
15+ years
of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field. Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects. Expertise in Finance, M&A, International Trade, Business Insurance, Tax Management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills. MBA or Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred). Experience working in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big 4) is a plus.
