Seeking an experienced or emerging leader in Automotive Commercial and Fleet Sales to establish and grow a team to maximize regional opportunities with both small business/municipalities and large fleet customers. The candidate should be able to represent a majority of the commercial market share by offering products from Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. Dealership ownership highly values the commercial business and aims to expand opportunities beyond small and medium-sized local businesses. The Susquehanna Commercial Vehicle Division operates out of a specialized building in Wrightsville, PA. This location also supports Susquehanna Mobile Services, providing mobile customers with convenient maintenance and fleet services at their base of operation or project location. What we expect of you: Establish and grow a dedicated Small Business Sales Team focused on acquiring and servicing business customers and municipal accounts with fleets under 25 vehicles. Emphasize relationship-building, tailored solutions, and responsive support to drive long-term value. Maintain and expand relationships with established State and Federal Government accounts, as well as large commercial fleet operators. Prioritize other finance and maintenance income utilizing lines of credit, Commercial Service Contracts, and maintenance to maximize income opportunities. Qualifications: Strong ability to lead and grow the team necessary to operate a successful and profitable sales division. Fully knowledgeable with all bidding processes to secure Competitive and Government Pricing Concessions from Ford and Stellantis. Ability to manage the Commercial Vehicle Division's floor plan expenses and establish relationships with approved upfitters to assist with managing expenses and increasing revenue opportunities. F&I experience. Complete knowledge of Ford Concepts, FordPro, and AccuQuote systems, as well as Ford's Commercial and Fleet programs. Complete knowledge of Stellantis DealerConnect and SalesPro systems, as well as Stellantis Commercial and Fleet programs. Required Qualifications: Ability to treat customers, team members, and vendors in a professional, honest, and respectful manner while focusing on high performance. Process-oriented to provide a consistent and professional experience for consumers, team members, and vendors. Focused on team member success and developing both professional and life skills. Improving individual performance and success will lead to greater overall success for the department and dealership. Valid Driver's License required. Valid Pennsylvania Sales License or the ability to obtain one.
