The Albany office focuses on complex and diverse public policy issues in a range of areas including health care, environmental and energy law, economic development, government procurement, gaming, and insurance. The litigation practice often represents clients in high-profile public policy matters that includes frequent interaction with government agencies. The office also has a nationally recognized First Amendment practice. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience representing a range of clients in complex disputes. The candidate also should be experienced with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery. We are seeking candidates with excellent academic credentials and strong communication and client service skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage their time to meet deadlines and complete projects. The expected pay range for this position is: $150,000-$180,000. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job-related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
