Key Responsibilities:
Platform Development & Strategy
Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow instances. Contribute to platform roadmap and enforce engineering standards. Guide solution design and implementation aligned with best practices.
Module Implementation
Develop and implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), CMDB, SecOps, and Service Request modules. Configure SSO, email notifications, MID Server, user groups, and permissions.
Integration & Automation
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications (e.g., ESRI, ARMIS, PDQ Inventory). Leverage REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers for automation and data exchange.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor development teams (onshore/offshore). Manage task assignments, code quality, and release activities. Collaborate with stakeholders, business consultants, and SMEs.
Testing & Documentation
Conduct functional, system, integration, and performance testing. Provide technical documentation, training programs, and UAT support.
Compliance & Security
Ensure platform compliance with security standards. Remediate vulnerabilities and conduct access reviews.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
10-12+ years in ServiceNow development and engineering. 2+ years in team management and leadership roles. 3+ end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, AngularJS Experience with CMDB, ITIL processes, and workflow automation Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data migration
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and documentation abilities Problem-solving and stakeholder management Adaptability and collaboration in client-facing environments
