PROMAN STAFFING is currently searching for a scheduling coordinator for a local pest control company in Farmington, MO. Hours: Monday- Friday 8AM-5:00PM
32-40 hours a week
Starting pay $13.75/hr The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily and long-term scheduling needs of our pest control technicians, ensuring that all appointments are efficiently scheduled and executed. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers calling to schedule or inquire about services. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong administrative experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key. In addition to responding to customer requests, the Scheduling Coordinator is expected to proactively reach out to customers to schedule recurring or follow-up services and help keep technicians’ schedules full and optimized. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to scheduling requests, inquiries, and service-related questions with professionalism. Proactively contact customers to schedule routine, follow-up, or preventative services to maintain service schedules. Schedule and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly calendars for technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Confirm appointments and follow up with customers as needed. Monitor technician availability and adjust schedules proactively to accommodate urgent requests or changes. Coordinate with management and field staff to resolve any scheduling conflicts or service issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and service history in the system.
