Responsibilities We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to join our team in Leander, TX. If you're organized, proactive, and eager to support a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative support for the division office.

Organizing and maintaining project documents and schedules.

Supporting field teams and project managers with daily operations.

Answering calls and coordinating communication across departments.

Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

Bluebeam

is

highly desirable

Electrical industry knowledge or experience

is a plus but not required

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
