Do you have a passion for skiing or snowboarding and have in depth repair shop technician experience? The Repair Shop is the place for you to share your technical knowledge and experience. Your expertise can be the key for improving our guest experiences every day of the ski season at Loveland!
Summary Repair Techs in the Repair Shop are responsible for guiding a customer’s decision on what their equipment needs to ensure they have a fun and safe time on the mountain. Ski techs perform a multitude of tasks including teching skis/snowboards, mounting skis, maintaining and waxing skis/snowboards, and calibrating. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities. Essential Functions Base grinding Skis/Snowboards Edging Skis/Snowboards Waxing Skis/Snowboards Base, Sidewall, Edge, Delam repairs on Skis/Snowboards Mounting, Teching, & Calibrating Skis Exceptional customer service Process sales on point of sale Requirements:
Past ski tech experience (at least 2+ years), preferred A passion for skiing or snowboarding (Must be a proficient skier/snowboarder) Previous cash handling and customer service experience is required Must be able to push/pull/carry up to 50lbs Must successfully pass a background screening What’s in it for You?
