Job Title:Maintenance Mechanic Location:White Bear Lake, MN Pay:$30 - $34 per hour Schedule:Rotating Shift 2/2/3 (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and
motivatedMaintenance
Mechanicto join our team in White Bear Lake, MN. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills and be able to work independently while following safety protocols and company policies. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and repair methods to ensure a safe working environment. Independently conduct equipment repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Diagnoseand resolve mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery. Accurately document work performed on theIndividual Shift Report. Maintain parts and supply inventory by properly signing out parts from the storeroom and notifying supervisors of low stock levels. Perform facility maintenance and repairs as required. Conduct electrical repairs on single-phase and three-phase power distribution systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical control wiring in plant equipment. Inspect machinery and take appropriate corrective actions to prevent potential failures and downtime. Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of3 years of related maintenance experienceOR2 years of experience with additional technical trainingapplicable to plant maintenance. Strong knowledge and proficiency in single-phase electrical systems and motors. Advanced understanding of three-phase electrical distribution systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical control circuits using electrical schematics. Skilled in using electrical test instruments, including continuity testers, ammeters, and voltage testers. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform complex repairs and machine adjustments. Ability to read, understand, and apply information from equipment and parts manuals. Capability to independently complete and document preventative maintenance tasks. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve equipment issues before they escalate. Must be able to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. MN Boiler Class A or B Licensemay be required for this role. Why Join Us?
