Are you a hands-on Project Manager with a strong background in hardware design and a passion for aerospace innovation? Join a fast-moving team supporting top-tier military and aerospace programs.
We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing Aerospace organization for a Technical Project Manager with deep experience in airborne electronics, MIL/Aerospace environments, and electronic product development. You'll lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle-from concept to production-of mission-critical systems for aircraft and unmanned platforms.
What You'll Do:
Manage technical programs: scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and procurement. Lead design and development of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) for airborne platforms. Provide hands-on support in hardware design, testing, and integration across HW, firmware, and software. Collaborate with customers to define requirements, specs, and test plans. Conduct design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and ensure project milestones are met. What You Bring:
BSEE or equivalent with 5+ years in electronic product design and development. Proven experience in MIL, aerospace, or aircraft engineering/manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of testing methodologies across hardware, firmware, and software. Familiarity with tools like Altium, Orcad, and standard test instruments (specific tools not required). Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills. Bonus Points:
Experience with MIL-STD-1553/MIL-STD-1760. Knowledge of SoC implementation and mechanical enclosure design.
