What We’re Looking For: We need a strong, strategic leader with a background in: Human Resources
: recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing a high-performing team Marketing & Branding
: partnering on local strategy to grow awareness and new patient flow Treatment Planning
: presenting and closing comprehensive and implant cases with confidence Implant Dentistry
: familiarity with the patient experience, lab flow, and surgical/clinical coordination Team Coaching
: motivating and leading through change, growth, and new systems Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional patient and team experience Support providers with treatment coordination, case acceptance, and scheduling Oversee team development, training, and performance management Partner with ownership on budgeting, marketing initiatives, and KPI tracking Maintain compliance with policies, protocols, and patient communication standards Help grow the practice by building trust, relationships, and reputation in the community Why Join Us?
