Job Summary
The Senior Associate, Functional Design and Architect, is responsible for collaborating with the Digital and Transformation team across various locations to define, deliver, and support IT-enabled business solutions for the SAP module. This role involves identifying business needs, designing, and delivering technical solutions, as well as handling delivery, maintenance, system configuration, enhancements, and production support in line with West Digital & Transformation and company policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand overall vision and business needs; collaborate with the business to define detailed requirements, interpret issues, and recommend solutions or best practices.
- Use best practices to define strategic direction, determine business needs, and design and deliver technical Plant Maintenance solutions.
- Provide technical delivery of functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Act as an essential member of agile sprint teams to configure and develop optimal technical solutions/features.
- Support system maintenance and support in accordance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP.
- Create and maintain system lifecycle documents, SOPs, SOIs, and Job Aids.
- Participate in the Change Control process.
- Adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, and safety rules.
- Maintain regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, bi-directional SAP HR / SuccessFactors interfaces, and SF standard connectors. Understanding of EC mini master, RBP, and story reporting in SuccessFactors.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years, ideally 5-8 years, of relevant experience required.
