The Role – What You’ll Do
As a Principal, you will lead teams executing strategic programs addressing complex, industry-specific challenges, while deepening your expertise. You will work closely with clients, building relationships with business and technology leaders in the Lending space. Your work will involve top Fortune 500 Financial Institutions, focusing on envisioning new products, defining blueprints and roadmaps, redefining experiences and processes, monetizing data, modernizing payments infrastructure, and driving innovation.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Financial Services, with a strong background in commercial lending, syndication, and loan trading.
- Hands-on expertise in guiding Loan IQ integration projects, facilitating business and IT workshops, and delivering tailored solutions. Leading functional analysis and documenting requirements aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Expertise in Commercial Lending and Syndication.
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or SME in LoanIQ implementations, migrations, and integrations.
- Solid understanding of LoanIQ functionalities and Loan Operations/Servicing.
- Ability to lead workshops and craft solutions collaboratively.
- Proficiency in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and user stories.
- Strong analytical and solution design skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in business/product transformation initiatives in banking.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking.
- Industry certifications and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree are advantageous.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa is preferred; no sponsorship provided at this time.
