nThe Work
nASEV Combat System Development Technical Lead with responsibilities for providing technical expertise and leadership across the CSEA program efforts. This will include facilitating matrixed Engineering & Technology, Program Office, Finance/Contracts, and Lifecycle resources and support as required. Role will also include considerable customer interaction with various customer departments within Missile Defense Agency.
nCandidate must be willing to travel between LM-IWSS (Moorestown) and Dahlgren, VA as required to execute customer-based program and status reviews. The candidate must also be able to travel to Japan as required to support regular program meetings.

nBasic Qualifications:
n• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
n• Minimum of 14 years professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
n• Must have AWS Systems Engineering background, including detailed familiarity with both Aegis Weapon System and Combat System Capability design and integration complexities
n• Must be well versed in Solid State Radar design, development, and integration methodologies
n• Familiar with the Engineering & Technology Cost Estimating
n• Experience in interfacing with uniformed military officers and civil servant personnel is mandatory. Candidate should be comfortable with presenting to the customer and all levels of internal and external senior management.
n• Active Final Secret Clearance
nDesired Skills:
n• Related experience in baseline development, System of Systems design, performance requirements definition, and integration of large real-time platform systems
n• Cognizant of the computer program development and integration process, as well as a working knowledge of the Engineering & Technology COE functional organizations.
n• Experienced in working in a matrixed product team organization to accomplish tasks. Candidate should have the communication skills and ability to motivate and influence individuals outside his/her organizational boundaries in order to accomplish wider organizational goals. Ability to mentor and influence engineers of all levels is also essential

nAbility to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
nPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
