Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Build trusting relationships with customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
- Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and set up displays.
- Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Help make deliveries when needed.
- Keep assigned areas organized and presentable.
- Remain knowledgeable about product offerings and options.
- Follow inventory control procedures.
- Propose ways to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
