Responsibilities: • Provide support to parents within the scope of care responsibilities • Ensure timely documentation according to practice guidelines • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently • Assess and develop treatment plans for individual, family, and couples counseling • Be open to receiving supervision and feedback • Deliver care to clients and maintain accurate documentation • Schedule future appointments for active clients • Treatment Planning • Intake assessments • Ongoing outpatient care • Attend weekly supervision until fully licensed • Attend Peer mentor meetings first 90 days • Consistent availably weekends and evenings required due to patient need • Willing to see couples, families, children and teens Qualifications: • Counseling: 2+ years (required) • Passion for working with youth and early intervention • Understanding of mental health disorders • Highest Ethical Standards and follow all legal guidelines • Open to learning from our talented clinicians • Google Docs and Gmail for internal communications • Prior experience in outpatient counseling (preferred) • Experience working with military families (preferred) • Experience as an effective outpatient provider (preferred) • Prior Telehealth experience (preferred) • Desire to connect with the team and attend social events (preferred) • Bilingual (preferred) • Multicultural expertise • BIPOC are encouraged to apply • Veterans encouraged to apply Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
