Dispatcher
with a logistics background and strong customer service skills to coordinate shipments and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries Communicate with clients, drivers, and vendors to ensure timely service Monitor routes and resolve delays or issues in real-time Maintain accurate records and logs Provide exceptional customer support and problem-solving Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching Strong communication and multitasking abilities Excellent customer service skills Familiar with dispatch software and routing tools
