Traveling Electrical Superintendent

Structure Resources is seeking a high performing Traveling Electrical Superintendent. Our client is an Iowa based Electrical Contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects. Datacenter and industrial electrical experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the project is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and client expectations. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety regulations on-site. Monitor and manage project costs, including tracking expenses and ensuring that the project remains on budget. Work closely with the project manager to track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to the client. Ensure that all construction permits and inspections are in compliance with local regulations. Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and minimize disruptions to the project schedule. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and industrial construction, specifically in Datacenters. Licensed electrician in the state of Iowa or reciprocal state is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. OSHA certification (preferred).
