As a CDL B Driver, you will be responsible for the delivery and pickup of containers at customer locations. Your role is crucial in ensuring safe and efficient deliveries while building strong relationships with our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate a commercial truck fitted with a patented lift mechanism for safe container handling. Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment. Accommodate add-on deliveries to support business needs. Utilize a company handheld device for navigation and delivery confirmation. Drive a forklift and/or overhead crane as necessary. Inspect and clean containers to ensure they meet service standards. Manage rental paperwork and payments with customers. Communicate effectively with management regarding customer inquiries and issues. Carry out minor repairs on containers and lifts in the field or at the storage center. Assist with storage center operations as needed. Maintain a clean and organized truck cab. Management & Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position reports to a Market Manager or Territory Manager and does not involve managing other employees directly. Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Valid CDL Class B License required without air brake restriction. Must maintain a current, valid driver license. Meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards. Be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement). Possess a Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or the ability to obtain one. Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software preferred. Basic math skills to perform job duties effectively. Ability to complete a required 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program.
