We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Supervisor who is knowledgeable in yard and transportation operations and has a passion for leading teams. This role is essential in overseeing operational functions and drivers. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all activities within the yard while supervising all technicians. Collaborate with Operations Coordinators & Routers to enhance routing efficiencies for pick-ups and deliveries. Analyze and report on operational activities, including routing efficiency, weekly pick-ups versus deliveries, labor, fuel consumption, and customer care quality. Facilitate strong communication with other departments to address customer service and operational issues effectively. Cooperate with Operations Supervisors at other yards for asset transfers as needed. Ensure optimal staffing levels to meet and exceed customer and organizational needs. Assist the Operations Manager with logistics coordination for special events, including delivery and pick-up services. Review drivers' paperwork for accuracy and completeness, such as manifests and route sheets. Approve Time Saver punches and manage time-off requests based on operational needs. Oversee fleet DOT administration, maintaining logs and records (DQFs) as required. Administer the Company's safety program for drivers, collaborating with Safety & HR for necessary training. Support employee development through performance reviews and training. Operate a variety of company vehicles as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position entails supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications: Minimum 2-Year Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 2 years of experience in a related field and/or training. A minimum of 2 years of proven leadership experience in guiding a diverse team toward success. Strong customer service skills. Ability to build and maintain a team. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication abilities. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Valid Driver License. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit while driving and stand while servicing products. Use hands for handling, controlling, or feeling tools or equipment. Ability to repeat movements and focus on objects close by and at a distance. Communicate clearly with customers and understand spoken communication. Maximum lifting capacity of 40lbs from waist to shoulders and 30lbs from floor to head. Ability to crouch, squat, push, and pull heavy objects. Ability to focus on one sound source while ignoring others. Visual acuity to distinguish colors, shades, and brightness. Benefit Summary:

Individual compensation is determined based on geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package encompasses base pay and benefits. Salary Range:
