DSI Systems Inc., an authorized SpaceX/Starlink representative partner, has an immediate career opportunity for a Starlink Customer Support Specialist.
As the Starlink Customer Support Specialist, you will be an important part of the team handling customer-facing communication. You will be responsible for assisting with installation appointments, troubleshooting, and outbound confirmation of orders. To do well in this role, you must be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers and web-based applications.

Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always
Understand STARLINK Satellite systems (training will be provided)
Support customers for inbound and outbound calls regarding their installation or services
Properly document cases by notating tickets and systems for all interactions
Solve on-going tickets in a timely manner and request follow-ups as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in a call center environment
Previous experience with Five-9 and Zendesk a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proper phone etiquette and listening skills
