Are you passionate about music and customer service? As a Retail Music Associate, you will have the opportunity to achieve personal sales goals while contributing to the overall success of our store. Key Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):
Exceed personal sales goals regularly.
Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to potential students.
Build relationships by networking with local schools, teachers, churches, and community organizations.
Engage customers with exceptional service and persuasive sales presentations.
Encourage customer loyalty through personalized experiences.
Participate actively in store operations, including merchandising and maintaining attractive displays.
Ensure store security by managing keys and access codes.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music notation.
