Salary Range:
Master's Level: $58,011 - $69,618 annually based on relevant years of experience
Master's Licensed: $66,040 - $79,217 annually based on relevant years of experience
Location:
Fort Collins, Colorado at our Bristlecone location Status: Part Time Working Hours: Monday through Friday with at least one night until 8:00 PM Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Behavioral Health Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive assessments and intervention techniques for clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including mild to severe disorders and substance use issues. You will engage in crisis intervention, safety planning, and ensure accurate clinical documentation, all while collaborating closely with internal and external service providers to deliver optimal care to our clients. This position emphasizes direct client care, encompassing individual therapy, group therapy, and various supportive services, assisting clients to navigate their recovery journey effectively. Essential Duties:
Deliver direct client care, including behavioral health assessments, individual/group therapy, and case management. Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and actively participate in the IOP team. Serve as a resource for building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, and medical providers. Collaborate with team members to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical services, working closely with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors. Conduct behavioral health screenings within the medical clinic to evaluate treatment options and refer clients accordingly. Coordinate ongoing care with SummitStone and community resources. Provide crisis intervention, including assessment and de-escalation strategies. Collaborate on-site with medical providers for behavioral health assessments of clients in need. Maintain thorough clinical documentation. Promote team values and foster collaboration among peers and clinic staff. Ensure outstanding customer service for all clients and inquire about their needs promptly. Participate in committees, meetings, and assigned projects as necessary. Perform other tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CAS, or LAC track preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in the behavioral health field. Experience with individuals facing mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders is essential.
